Contact

Start with a conversation.

Tell us where the business is stuck. We will tell you straight whether we can help, what we would look at first, and what it would take — whether or not you hire us.

Send a message

Fifteen lines is plenty.

You do not need a brief, a budget, or a tidy version of the problem. Fields marked are required; everything else just helps us come to the call prepared.

We are set up to work outside the US — it is not a complication.

“Not sure yet” is a completely normal answer. Naming the problem is part of the work.

Specific beats polished. One concrete symptom — a number that stopped moving, a process that keeps breaking — tells us more than a page of background.

Remote-first · United States · Delivered worldwide

One business day. From a person.

Every message gets a real reply within one business day — written by someone who could actually do the work, not an autoresponder and not a junior sorting leads. If we are not the right firm for what you need, we will say so in that first reply and point you somewhere better.

What happens next

Three steps, no theatre.

01

We read it and reply

Within one business day. Either a short list of questions, or a couple of times to talk. If your note already tells us we are not a fit, you get an honest no rather than a calendar link.

02

A 30-minute call

A conversation, not a pitch. We ask about the business, the numbers you watch, and what has already been tried. No deck, no discovery framework, no second call to meet the “delivery team” — the person on the call is the person who would do the work.

03

Something in writing

Two or three things worth doing next, in writing, whether or not you hire us. If there is a fit, that comes with a scoped proposal: fixed fee, fixed dates, named outcome. Never hourly, never a surprise invoice.

Time zones are our problem, not yours

We are US-based and hold call slots outside US hours on purpose: early mornings for the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and evenings for Asia-Pacific. Tell us your city and we will send times that already work where you are.

Proposed times are US Eastern unless we agree otherwise. Written updates land in your inbox regardless of overlap.

Before you write

Three quick answers.

One symptom and one consequence is enough. “Revenue is flat for three quarters and I do not know which channel to cut.” “We are busy but margin keeps shrinking.” “A distributor in Germany wants an agreement and I have no idea how to evaluate it.”

You do not need a diagnosis. Working out what is actually limiting the business is the first phase of the engagement, not a prerequisite for the call.

It is a fit call. Thirty minutes, one senior operator, no slides. We spend it on your business rather than on ours, and you leave with two or three things worth doing next — yours to keep and run yourself if that is the right answer.

We would rather turn down work that will not produce a result than sell an engagement that quietly disappoints. If the honest answer is “you need a bookkeeper, not a consultant,” that is what you will hear.

No. We are headquartered in the United States and deliver remotely and internationally — North America, Latin America, the UK and Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Delivery is built around a real overlap window with your working day, agreed before the engagement starts.

What we do not do is pretend to be your local lawyer, tax adviser or customs broker. Where an engagement needs those, we work alongside yours — or help you find them. More on that on the global page.
